Kan and Krishme to Attend 2025 ANA Advertising Law Conference in Chicago
Kan and Krishme is proud to announce that Aakriti Vadehra, Partner, shall be attending the 2025 ANA Advertising Law Conference in Chicago from November 3-5, 2025. While there, she shall also be speaking at the panel “Preparing for the World Cup” which will be held on Wednesday, November 5 at 8:45 AM (Chicago time) and will discuss ambush marketing and associated concerns such as trademarks, contract rights, right to publicity, and more. She will be speaking about how India regulates ambush marketing, a few cases from India and how they were handled, and then finish with what companies need to know about when working with athletes in India.
She shall be joined by our Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance (GALA) co-members and panelists, Jeffery Greenbaum (USA), Jose Anotnio Arochi (Mexico) and Geraint Lloyd-Taylor (UK) who will present their views on the topic from their respective countries.
