Shikha Baiswar is presently Partner in the Firm and handles Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemical, Pharmaceutical and related subject matters. She is an Advocate and Registered Patent Agent

She is also the Biotech and Design Head.

Specialisation

She is responsible for drafting of Patent specifications relating to chemistry, microbiology, biotechnology and biology and prosecution thereof before the Indian Patent Office.

She has successfully prosecuted patent applications in all the four jurisdictions of the Patent Office relating to different fields which include biotech, medical devices, mechanical, chemical and pharmaceuticals.

She has also drafted several pre-grant opposition replies and appeals on behalf of the Applicants.
