PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Poonam is a Patent Associate at Kan and Krishme and a Registered Indian Patent Agent, with a strong technical background in Electronics and Communication Engineering and Control Systems. She has six years of experience as an Assistant Professor in Engineering and four years of experience as a Consultant in Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, which have strengthened her technical, analytical, research and documentation skills relevant to Intellectual Property practice. Her combined experience makes her well-versed in responding to queries relating to various aspects of Intellectual Property practice.
She is actively involved in the drafting, filing and prosecution of patent applications before the Indian Patent Office. Her current practice involves handling patent matters across diverse technology areas and assisting in developing appropriate prosecution strategies.
