Professional Experience
Kshitij Saxena has over twelve years experience in field of Patent specification drafting, filing, prosecution, post grant work and opposition and Litigation for domestic as well as for international clients. Kshitij is responsible for drafting of Patent specifications, filing, prosecution-relating to different fields which include chemical and pharmaceutical subject matter. He is also the Head of the Chemical Department and now the Partner of the Firm. Kshitij Saxena also handles the matters related to prosecution of Trademarks and Designs, assisted in litigation matters and also provides opinions on various issues involved therein.
