Sharad Vadehra to Speak on Business Development Strategy at FICPI World Congress 2025
Kan and Krishme is proud to announce that its Managing Partner, Sharad Vadehra, has been invited as a panelist at the upcoming FICPI World Congress & ExCo Meeting in Naples, Italy, taking place from 12–17 October 2025.
Mr. Vadehra will be speaking during Plenary 4, titled: “Your Business Development Strategy: Size Does Matter”, on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, from 14:00 to 15:30 CST.
This session will explore the core components of a unified business development strategy, drawing on the lived experiences of panelists from small, medium, and large firms. Each panelist will offer insights on how they crafted and evolved their growth strategies to match the scale and structure of their firms, while also discussing common pitfalls encountered during implementation.
Sharad Vadehra brings to the panel his rich experience as the head of one of India’s most respected IP boutiques. Under his leadership, Kan and Krishme has grown its practice across India and neighboring jurisdictions including Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Myanmar, and Pakistan—offering clients a deeply technical yet commercially sound IP practice.
