| Certified priority document/Verified English translation of priority document (along with translation certificate) | Within 3 months from date of filing the application in Bangladesh (non-extendable).
Please note that the certified English translation of the priority document should be notarized by notary public/Commissioner of Oath. (Certified copy of priority document -If the priority document is not filed within 3 months from filing date, the Examiner may issue office action citing that the application cannot be treated as a priority application as per the law. Nothing can be done in this regard such as late filing after 3 months with penalty. We may submit a copy of the priority document with the Patent Office after 3 months, this depends on the view of the Examiner sometimes.) (Original executed/Hardcopy) |
