Aakriti is a Managing Associate at the firm. She is an experienced Indian Patent Agent and Advocate with several years of experience in assisting and handling prosecution of Indian patent applications in different technical domains, such as Mechanical, Electronics, Bio-medical Engineering, Chemical, Telecommunication, etc. Further, she assists in advising clients on legal issues, including but not limited to advertising, gaming law, etc. She is also a part of Kan and Krishme’s Litigation team and Blogging team.
