Sharad Vadehra, Managing Partner
With a background in chemical and pharmaceutical sciences and over 34 years of experience in IP law, Sharad is an Indian patent attorney specializing in patents, designs, and trademark prosecution and litigation in India. As one of the first 250 patent attorneys in India, Sharad is a well-recognized figure in the IP circles in India and internationally, having served in leadership roles within global IP organizations such as FICPI, APAA, and more. His strategic insight into both domestic and international IP frameworks continues to guide clients across industries.
Kanchan Vadehra, Managing Partner
Kanchan has a strong educational background and extensive professional experience in the field of patent law. Her educational background includes a B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. She has played a crucial role in establishing the fundamental infrastructure of the Firm. With over 25 years of experience, she handles patent drafting and prosecution of Mechanical, Electronics, Telecommunication, and Automotive Engineering subject matters.
Kshitij Saxena, Senior Partner
Kshitij is the Head of the Chemistry Department as well as the Litigation Department at the Firm, handling the IP trifecta of patents, designs and trademarks. As an Indian Patent and Trademark attorney, he has 25 years of experience in the field now, handling drafting, prosecution, oppositions and litigation for domestic as well as for international clients.
Kanu Priya, Senior Partner
Kanu Priya is the Head of the Copyright and Advertising Law Department at the Firm. She advises clients on a wide variety of advertising, media and marketing laws related matters, including sweepstakes, promotions and contests. She specializes in contract review and social media and influencer policies. As an Indian Patent and Trademark Attorney holding advanced degrees in both engineering and law, she also handles drafting, prosecution and litigation of Patent, Trademark and Designs. She also helps companies in strategizing their IP portfolio and facilitates Landscape Analysis and Freedom to Operate Opinions
Aakriti Vadehra, Partner
Aakriti is an Indian Patent and Trademark attorney with a background in electronics and telecommunications engineering. She holds a master’s degree in law from the George Washington University in Washington DC, and is skilled at both, US and Indian IP law. After winning the regional USPTO Patent Drafting Competition, she is now responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications in India for domestic as well as international clients across diverse fields, including electrical, electronics, telecommunications, mechanical, and computer science. She is an SEP enthusiast, particularly in the telecommunications field, and her practice at the Firm involves significant SEP prosecution. In addition to practicing hard IP, she also advises clients on topics related to influencer marketing, native advertising, and comparative advertising through my work in the Firm’s Copyright, Advertising, and Marketing Law Department.
