About Aakriti Vadehra
Aakriti is a dual-qualified Indian Patent and Trademark Attorney with a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. She has extensive experience navigating both Indian and U.S. patent systems, with a particular focus on standards-related inventions and SEPs in telecommunications. Aakriti represents a broad international client base in drafting and prosecuting patent applications across a variety of fields including electrical, electronics, mechanical, software, and telecommunications technologies. She was also part of the winning team at the USPTO’s regional Patent Drafting Competition and continues to actively engage in international IP conversations through her work with clients and participation in global forums.
