PCT/IB/304 (for PCT application) The English translation and the verification of translation should be submitted with the application or as soon as possible. The Patent Office will not start processing the application without the translation so should be submitted with the application or as soon as possible. The verified English translation can be submitted subsequently. |

- The name of Trademark and/or the design;
- Class (Note: Multiclass system is not available in Sri Lanka)
- The Goods or services under such class.
