PCT/IB/304 (for PCT application) The English translation and the verification of translation should be submitted with the application or as soon as possible. The Patent Office will not start processing the application without the translation so should be submitted with the application or as soon as possible. The verified English translation can be submitted subsequently. |

- Notarized Power of Attorney
- Certified copy of Priority documents (if priority based application).
Necessary Information Required
- Name, address and Nationality of the Proprietor/Applicants;
- The name of Trademark and/or the design;
- Class (Note: Multiclass system is not available in Sri Lanka)
- The Goods or services under such class.
