Power of Attorney This document should be filed within two months from the date of filing
Declaration by the Inventors As soon as possible/ 3 months from the date of filing of the Application in Bhutan.
Certified priority document/Verified English translation of priority document (along with translation certificate) Certified priority document and Verified English translation of priority document (along with translation certificate) need to be submitted within three months from the date of filing, or even earlier.
Declaration by the Inventor(s) If the applicant and inventor(s) are different, this declaration must be submitted within three months from the filing date. Please note that a time extension for this can be possible for one month at a time, provided there are valid grounds.
