Timeline for filing the application in Bhutan claiming foreign priority	A) 12 months from the date of earliest priority (via Paris Convention) – Non extendible b) Not available (via PCT ROUTE)
Language of specification/drawings	ENGLISH—At the time of filing the application in Bhutan. Specification in English language (along with translation certificate), if specification is not published in English language. No extension available for filing Specification in English Language Drawings(if any) Sequence Listing (if any) Applicant, inventor’s information
Power of Attorney	This document should be filed within two months from the date of filing
Declaration by the Inventors	As soon as possible/ 3 months from the date of filing of the Application in Bhutan.
Certified priority document/Verified English translation of priority document (along with translation certificate)	Certified priority document and Verified English translation of priority document (along with translation certificate) need to be submitted within three months from the date of filing, or even earlier.
Declaration by the Inventor(s)	If the applicant and inventor(s) are different, this declaration must be submitted within three months from the filing date. Please note that a time extension for this can be possible for one month at a time, provided there are valid grounds.
Detailed Particulars of Foreign Applications	Advisable to file as soon as information is available.

1. Power of Attorney executed by the Applicant with company seal, but the Power of Attorney can be submitted without company seal also
2. Certified copy of Priority documents (if priority based application).
