Ashish K Sharma is a Registered Patent Agent and a qualified Attorney at Law with over 18 years of experience. He is also a Business Management Graduate and holds a Diploma in E-Commerce, B.Sc. Degree with Physics and Chemistry as main subjects and a Master’s Degree in Applied Chemistry.
He has considerable experience in drafting patent specifications relating to various subject matters. He handles and prosecutes a wide spectrum of patent cases including electrical, electronics, automobiles, machines and machine tools, chemicals, and mining. He has also performed freedom to operate, landscaping, and validation studies. He regularly attends oral proceedings before the Patent Office. He has also successfully prepared and prosecuted various Designs and Trademarks cases.
Ashish is well-versed in preparing and filing various design applications, reporting to the clients, handling various post-filing issues, drafting reporting letters to the clients, giving observations and comments on the examination reports thereof, preparing and filing responses on design applications, successfully handling hearings at the Patent and Design Office on various designs applications, and actively involved in various design opposition matter.
Ashish is a member of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA). Besides, he has been Executive Committee Member in APAA (India Group) for more than three years.
