| He has more than a decade of experience in handling Patent drafting and prosecution of Electronics, Telecommunication, Mechanical and Automotive Engineering subject matters. He has handled filing and prosecution of more than 3000 Indian patent applications in various fields of technologies such as Electrical, Electronics Telecommunications, Display Technology, Software, Computer related invention, Mechanical and Electro Mechanical related inventions and also appeared for more than several hundred hearings at various branches of the Indian Patent Offices.
He has drafted more than 500 patent specifications belonging to various fields of technology. He has also handled prosecution (reply to office actions) of more than several hundred foreign applications (especially applications filed at USPTO and EPO). He has a vast experience in handling Assignments such as drafting and filing Assignment Deeds, Merger and Amalgamation etc. and providing opinion to the client. He has a vast experience in providing the opinion on anticipation and foreign filing permission as per the Indian Patents Act and Rules and has successfully obtained more than 200 foreign filing permissions for Applicant(s)/Inventor(s).
